• Welcome to Transformative Teaching & Learning

When social change is a goal in curriculum design, in addition to language learning, service learning and media literacy become integral to our students’ classroom experiences.

The aim of this blog is to inspire the creation of a functional and practical curriculum that introduces service learning into our students’ lives, broadens their media literacy skills, promotes autonomy, and helps students achieve their personal and language learning goals.

We encourage visitors to collaborate within various levels of the curriculum design process in order to capture “best practices” that empower students and teachers to transform themselves.
